factor in the child\u2019s development. For this reason, AMI trains adults to recognise and respond to the needs, potential and unique rhythm of each child\u2019s development, regardless of the environment in which they are growing up.<\/p><p>The goal is to create a strong emotional and moral foundation upon which children can grow into responsible, independent and self-confident individuals who feel they belong to their community and wish to make a meaningful contribution to the world around them.<\/p><p>AMI trains educators to create prepared learning environments that encourage children\u2019s activity, independence and initiative, fostering curiosity, a love of learning, collaboration, and the joy of discovery.<\/p><p>AMI offers access to its archives for researchers as well as interested members of the general public.
